  • اعتذرت الهيئة القومية لسكك حديد مصر للركاب عن تأخيرات حركة القطارات على خطوط الوجه القبلي.
  • تعطلت الحركة نتيجة رفع آثار حادث قطاري 134 و2010 بين محطتي كفر عمار والرقة.
  • أتاحت الهيئة للركاب استرداد قيمة تذاكرهم عبر شبابيك التذاكر بالمحطات في حال رغبتهم في إلغاء السفر.
  • وفرت وزارة النقل أتوبيسات لنقل الركاب بين محطات محددة حتى استئناف حركة القطارات.
