“سكوب ريتينغ” ترفع التصنيف الائتماني لليونان إلى BBB+

رفعت وكالة “سكوب ريتينغ – Scope Ratings” التصنيف الائتماني لليونان إلى BBB+ وهو أعلى مستوى تحققه البلاد لدى وكالات التصنيف الرئيسية منذ أزمة الديون الأوروبية بدعم من التراجع السريع في نسبة الدين العام وتحسن الاستدامة المالية.

وفي أغسطس الماضي قال مصدر مطلع لـ”بلومبرغ” بأن اليونان تخطط لسداد نحو 15.1 مليار دولار “13 مليار يورو” من ديونها قبل موعد استحقاقها في عام 2026، في الوقت الذي تسعى فيه لخفض إجمالي ديونها إلى مستوى يقل عن إجمالي الديون في إيطاليا بحلول نهاية العام.

وقال المصدر إن عمليات السداد ستشمل نحو 2.9 مليار دولار “2.5 مليار يورو” من القروض المقدمة من آلية الاستقرار المالي الأوروبي، وسندات بقيمة 2.55 مليار دولار “2.2 مليار يورو” يحل استحقاقها في عام 2027، وفقا لما ذكرته وكالة بلومبرغ للأنباء.

وأضاف المصدر أن اليونان ستشطب أيضاً 1.4 مليار دولار “1.2 مليار يورو” من رصيد أذون الخزانة لديها بحلول 31 ديسمبر المقبل.
