سمو رئيس الحرس الوطني يجتمع مع رئيس جهاز الاستخبارات العسكري الباكستاني

اجتمع الفريق أول ركن سمو الشيخ محمد بن عيسى آل خليفة رئيس الحرس الوطني مع الفريق محمد عاصم ملك المدير العام لجهاز الاستخبارات العسكري الباكستاني المشترك (ISI)، وذلك بمكتبه بمدينة راولبندي المجاورة للعاصمة إسلام آباد، بحضور العميد الركن سمو الشيخ سلمان بن محمد بن عيسى آل خليفة مساعد مدير أركان الحرس الوطني للعمليات والتدريب.

وأشاد سمو رئيس الحرس الوطني بما تشهده العلاقات البحرينية الباكستانية من تطور مستمر، وبما حققه التعاون العسكري المشترك من مستويات متقدمة، مؤكدًا على أهمية مواصلة تبادل الخبرات وتطوير مجالات التنسيق والتعاون بين الجانبين.

من جانبه رحب رئيس جهاز الاستخبارات الباكستاني بهذه الزيارة، مؤكدًا أهميتها في دعم وتعزيز أواصر التعاون العسكري بين البلدين الشقيقين.

كما استعرض الجانبان عددًا من الموضوعات ذات الاهتمام المشترك، وبحثا آفاق تطوير التعاون والتنسيق العسكري بما يخدم المصالح المشتركة ويعزز علاقات الصداقة والتعاون بين البلدين.
