سهم “شي إن” يهوي 8% في بداية تداوله ببورصة هونغ كونغ 

تراجع سهم شركة تجارة الملابس عبر الإنترنت الصينية (شي إن) بشدة في بداية تداوله ببورصة هونغ كونغ اليوم الثلاثاء حيث انخفض بنسبة 8% في الدقائق الأولى لتداوله.

جرى تداول السهم بسعر تراوح بين 44 دولار هونغ كونغ (5.60 دولار أميركي) و45 دولار هونغ كونغ، في حين كان سعر الطرح للسهم 48.56 دولار هونغ كونغ لتكون القيمة السوقية للشركة حوالي 26 مليار دولار أميركي.

أمضت شي إن سنوات عديدة في الاستعداد لطرح أسهمها في البورصة. وسعت الشركة التي تأسست في الصين ونقلت مقرها حاليا إلى سنغافورة في السابق لإدراج أسهمها في بورصتي لندن ونيويورك. وذكرت تقارير أن المحاولتين فشلتا بسبب معارضة بكين لإدراج أسهمها خارج الصين، وفق وكالة الأنباء الألمانية (د.ب.أ).

وقالت شي إن إنها تعتزم استخدام حصيلة الطرح العام الأول جزئيا في تطوير بنيتها التحتية التكنولوجية وتعزيز علامتها التجارية.

تواجه الشركة مؤخرا ضغوطا نتيجة القواعد الجديدة للرسوم الجمركية في أسواق الولايات المتحدة وأوروبا الرئيسية بالنسبة لها مما يؤثر سلبا على نشاطها.
