سوديك تضخ 8.4 مليار جنيه استثمارات في الإنشاءات خلال 9 أشهر

ضخت شركة سوديك للتطوير العقاري استثمارات في الإنشاءات بقيمة 8.4 مليار جنيه خلال أول 9 أشهر من العام الجاري.
أعلنت الشركة عن تسليم 1001 وحدة سكنية بزيادة سنوية قدرها 8% مقارنة بنفس الفترة من العام الماضي.
بلغ إجمالي المبيعات خلال الفترة من يناير إلى سبتمبر 2026 نحو 42.4 مليار جنيه.
سجلت الشركة إيرادات نشاط بلغت 10.8 مليار جنيه، بينما وصل صافي الربح إلى 1.3 مليار جنيه.

حمدي أحمد_ ضخت شركة سوديك للتطوير العقاري استثمارات في الإنشاءات داخل مشروعاتها خلال أول 9 أشهر من العام الجاري بقيمة 8.4 مليار جنيه، بزيادة 1% عن نفس الفترة العام الماضي.
