سوريا تستكمل تشكيل مجلس الشعب الانتقالي وتحدد أولى جلساته الاثنين المقبل

استكملت السلطات السورية تشكيل مجلس الشعب الانتقالي بإعلان الرئيس أحمد الشرع تعيين الثلث الأخير من أعضاء المجلس، البالغ عددهم 70 عضواً من أصل 210، على أن يعقد المجلس أولى جلساته، يوم الاثنين المقبل، في خطوة تُعد محطة مهمة في مسار المرحلة الانتقالية بعد سقوط النظام السابق.

وأوضح رئيس اللجنة العليا لانتخابات مجلس الشعب، محمد طه الأحمد، أن ولاية المجلس تمتد سنتين ونصف السنة، وفق الإعلان الدستوري، مع إمكانية تمديدها. وتهدف التعيينات الجديدة إلى معالجة اختلالات أفرزتها الانتخابات غير المباشرة، أبرزها ضعف تمثيل النساء وبعض المكونات السياسية والعشائرية.

وارتفع عدد النساء في المجلس من 6 إلى 21 عضوة بعد تعيين 15 امرأة ضمن القائمة الجديدة، التي ضمت أيضاً شخصيات سياسية وأكاديمية وعشائرية، إضافة إلى خمسة أعضاء من ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة وعدد من المعتقلين السابقين وذوي ضحايا الحرب.

وأكدت اللجنة العليا أن التشكيلة تضم كفاءات علمية وخبرات وطنية، بينما اعتبرت مصادر سياسية أن التعيينات راعت توسيع قاعدة التمثيل، مع الحفاظ على شخصيات تتوافق مع توجهات السلطة خلال مرحلة إعداد التشريعات الجديدة.
