سوريا تقرر عدم تمديد مهلة تقديم الإقرار الضريبي وتفرض غرامات تأخير

أكد وزير المالية السوري، محمد يسر برنية، عدم وجود تمديد لمهلة تقديم الإقرار الضريبي للشركات وكبار المكلفين، وأن الوزارة ستطبق غرامات التأخير على من لم يقدموا بياناتهم مع انتهاء المهلة الأخيرة اليوم 30 يونيو.

وقال برنية، اليوم الثلاثاء: “نحرص في وزارة المالية على التجاوب مع قطاع الأعمال بما يخدم الصالح العام، وبالفعل كنا قد استجبنا لطلب تمديد مهلة تقديم الإقرار الضريبي للشركات وكبار المكلفين المنتهية في 31 مايو 2026، لشهر آخر بحيث تنتهي المهلة الجديدة اليوم 30 يونيو”.

وأوضح برنية أن الوزارة تلقت طلبات عديدة في الأيام الماضية لمنح تمديد لشهر ثان حتى نهاية يوليو 2026، لكنها تعتذر عن عدم القدرة على تلبية هذه الطلبات، مبيناً أنها مددت في المرة الأولى لأنها وجدت مبررات كافية لذلك، وفقاً لوكالة الأنباء السورية “سانا”.

وأضاف برنية: “نريد أن نعزز ثقافة الالتزام الضريبي، وبالتالي نشكر كل من تقدم بإقراراته الضريبية قبل نهاية المهلة المحددة”.

وكانت وزارة المالية أصدرت في 18 مايو الماضي قراراً يقضي بتمديد مهلة تقديم البيان الضريبي للمكلفين المشمولين بأحكام البند رقم 1 من المادة رقم 13 من قانون الضريبة على الدخل رقم 24 لعام 2003 وتعديلاته، والتي تنتهي مهلة تقديم بياناتها في 31 مايو 2026، وذلك لمدة 30 يوماً إضافية تنتهي في 30 يونيو 2026.
