“سوفت بنك” و”ABB” تدرسان استبعاد الصين لإنقاذ صفقة الروبوتات

تدرس شركتا سوفت بنك وإيه بي بي استبعاد الأعمال الصينية من صفقة استحواذ على وحدة الروبوتات لإنقاذها من عرقلة بكين.
تبلغ قيمة صفقة الاستحواذ 5.4 مليار دولار وتواجه تحديات بسبب مخاوف الصين بشأن حماية بياناتها وتقنياتها.
تدرس شركة إيه بي بي خيارات بديلة تشمل البحث عن مشترٍ آخر للأعمال الصينية التي تتراوح قيمتها بين ملياري و3 مليارات دولار.
