“سيرا القابضة” تضاعف أرباحها الفصلية 26 مرة إلى 21.3 مليون دولار

تضاعف صافي ربح مجموعة سيرا القابضة إلى 21.3 مليون دولار (80 مليون ريال) خلال الربع الثاني من عام 2026، مقارنة بـ 0.8 مليون دولار (3 ملايين ريال) في الربع المماثل من العام السابق، بزيادة بلغت نحو 2,567%.

وعلى أساس ربعي، ارتفع صافي الربح بنسبة 90.5%، من 11.2 مليون دولار (42 مليون ريال) في الربع الأول من عام 2026 إلى 21.3 مليون دولار (80 مليون ريال) في الربع الثاني.

وقالت الشركة في بيان على “تداول السعودية” اليوم الاثنين إن ارتفاع الأرباح الفصلية على أساس سنوي يعود بشكل رئيسي إلى تحسن الربحية في شركة “المسافر”، بما في ذلك مكاسب غير متكررة مرتبطة بالأرباح الناتجة عن الدفعات المؤجلة من شركة “كريم”، إضافة إلى مكاسب التخارج من الأصول.

وارتفعت إيرادات المجموعة خلال الربع الثاني بنسبة 4% على أساس سنوي، لتبلغ 334.1 مليون دولار (1.253 مليار ريال)، مقارنة بـ 322.1 مليون دولار (1.208 مليار ريال) في الربع المماثل من العام السابق.

وخلال النصف الأول من عام 2026، ارتفعت إيرادات “سيرا” بنسبة 1.3% إلى 624.5 مليون دولار (2.342 مليار ريال)، مقارنة بـ 616.5 مليون دولار (2.312 مليار ريال) في الفترة المماثلة من عام 2025.

وقفز صافي الربح العائد لمساهمي الشركة خلال النصف الأول بنسبة 205% إلى 32.5 مليون دولار (122 مليون ريال)، مقارنة بـ 10.7 مليون دولار (40 مليون ريال) في الفترة المماثلة من العام السابق.
