شراكة بين “أكوا” و”إميرجينغ باور” لتوليد الكهرباء النظيفة بالفلبين 

وقّعت شركة أكوا في الفلبين، التابعة لـ”أكوا السعودية” اتفاقية تطوير مشترك مع إميرجينغ باور (Emerging Power) ذراع الطاقة النظيفة لشركة نيكل آسيا للتعاون في بناء منصّة طاقة نظيفة لتوليد الكهرباء بقدرة تصل إلى 5 آلاف ميغاواط في مختلف أنحاء الفلبين.

كما ووقعت شركة أكوا في الفلبين، عقد استئجار موقع COL مع هيئة تطوير القواعد BCDA لتطوير منشأة متكاملة على مساحة 500 هكتار تضم محطة للطاقة الشمسية الكهروضوئية ونظاماً لتخزين الطاقة بالبطاريات لتزويد مراكز البيانات والصناعات المتقدمة بالطاقة في مدينة نيو كلارك.

ويمثل المشروع استثماراً أولياً لا يقل عن 400 ألف دولار لكل ميغاواط، مع قدرة إنتاجية تصل إلى 500 ميغاواط عند اكتمال تطويره.

وارتفعت إيرادات “أكوا السعودية” بنسبة 2.8% في الربع الأول من 2026 إلى نحو 2.02 مليار ريال مقارنة بنحو 1.97 مليار ريال في الربع الأول من 2025.

وقالت “أكوا” إن سبب ارتفاع الإيرادات الموحدة خلال الربع الأول من العام الحالي مقارنةً بالربع المماثل من العام السابق بشكل رئيسي إلى ارتفاع إنتاج الطاقة وزيادة إيرادات خدمات التشغيل والصيانة، وذلك رغم تأثرها جزئياً بانخفاض خدمات إدارة التطوير والإنشاءات.

وتراجع صافي أرباح شركة أكوا بنسبة 19.29% في الربع الأول من 2026، إلى نحو 344.76 مليون ريال مقارنة بصافي ربح نحو 427.15 مليون ريال في الربع الأول من 2025.

وعلى أساس ربعي، انخفض صافي أرباح “أكوا” بنسبة 39.7% في الربع الأول من 2026، مقارنة بصافي ربح نحو 572.08 مليون ريال في الربع الرابع من 2025.
