كشف الإعلامي أحمد جلال تفاصيل الجدل حول تأسيس شركة كرة القدم بنادي الزمالك وآليات إنشائها ونسب الملكية.
اعتمد مجلس إدارة النادي قرار تأسيس الشركة بنسبة 51% للمستثمرين و49% للنادي، على أن يُعرض القرار على الجمعية العمومية في 8 ديسمبر.
أوضح جلال أن تعديل قانون الرياضة في عام 2025 أثار الجدل حول آليات ونسب الملكية المتبعة في تأسيس الشركة.
أشار جلال إلى وجود اعتراضات من أحمد سليمان وعدد من الشخصيات البارزة داخل النادي على آليات التأسيس وموعد انعقاد الجمعية العمومية.
