شركة تابعة لـ”أديس” تتم الاستحواذ على “سايبم العربية السعودية” بـ285 مليون دولار

أعلنت شركة أديس القابضة عن إتمام صفقة استحواذ شركتها التابعة المملوكة بشكل غير مباشر، شركة أديس السعودية المحدودة، على كامل الأسهم المصدرة والقائمة لشركة سايبم العربية السعودية المحدودة، وذلك بعد استيفاء جميع الشروط اللازمة قبل إتمام الصفقة بموجب اتفاقية البيع والشراء (SPA) الموقعة سابقًا.

وأفادت الشركة في بيان على “تداول السعودية” اليوم الثلاثاء أن إجمالي مقابل الصفقة بلغ نحو 285 مليون دولار ( 1.07 مليار ريال)، بالإضافة إلى التعديلات المعتادة عند إتمام الصفقة.

وكانت أديس قد أعلنت في يونيو 2026 توقيع اتفاقية الاستحواذ مع شركة سايبم إنترناشيونال بي في، للاستحواذ على شركة سايبم العربية السعودية المحدودة، المالكة لثلاث منصات حفر مرفوعة مميزة، إضافة إلى منصتي حفر مرفوعتين مميزتين مستأجرتين.

وكانت الشركة قد أعلنت عن توقيع اتفاقية الاستحواذ بتاريخ 24 يونيو 2026، في إطار خططها لتعزيز أسطول منصات الحفر ودعم توسعها في قطاع خدمات الحفر بالمنطقة.
