“شري للتجارة” توزع 15 مليون ريال أرباحاً نقدية عن عام 2025

“شري للتجارة” توزع 15 مليون ريال أرباحاً نقدية عن عام 2025

وافقت الجمعية العامة غير العادية لشركة شري للتجارة في اجتماعها بتاريخ 22 يونيو الحالي على توصية مجلس الإدارة بتوزيع أرباح نقدية بمبلغ 15 مليون ريال على المساهمين عن السنة المالية المنتهية في 31 ديسمبر 2025.

وأفادت الشركة في بيان على “تداول السعودية” اليوم الثلاثاء أن التوزيعات ستتم بواقع 0.5 ريال للسهم وبنسبة 5% من رأس المال على أن تكون الأحقية للمساهمين المالكين للأسهم بنهاية تداول يوم انعقاد الجمعية العامة والمقيدين في سجل مساهمي الشركة لدى شركة مركز إيداع الأوراق المالية (مرکز الإیداع) في نهاية ثاني يوم تداول يلي تاريخ انعقاد الجمعية العامة، على أن يبدأ توزيع الأرباح يوم 2 يوليو 2026.

كما فوضت الجمعية مجلس الإدارة بتوزيع أرباح مرحلية بشكل نصف أو ربع سنوي عن السنة المالية 2026م
