شقق الإسكان الاجتماعي 2026 بنظام الإيجار.. الشروط وآخر موعد للتقديم والأوراق المطلوبة

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

  • يطرح صندوق الإسكان الاجتماعي 15 ألف وحدة سكنية بنظام الإيجار ضمن مبادرة سكن لكل المصريين 9.
  • يصل الدعم الإيجاري إلى 100 ألف جنيه كحد أقصى ويحدد القيمة الشهرية بناء على دخل المستفيد ومساحة الوحدة.
  • يجب ألا يتجاوز دخل الأسرة 16 ألف جنيه شهريا وألا يقل عمر المتقدم عن 21 عاما.
  • ينتهي موعد التقديم الإلكتروني عبر منصة مصر الرقمية في يوم الأربعاء 28 أكتوبر 2026.

مع اقتراب انتهاء مهلة التقديم على شقق الإسكان الاجتماعي 2026 ضمن مبادرة «سكن لكل المصريين 9» بنظام الإيجار، تزايد بحث الكثير من المواطنين عن شروط الاستحقاق، وقيمة الدعم الإيجاري، ومصروفات التقديم، والمستندات المطلوبة للحصول على وحدة سكنية مدعومة. ويطرح صندوق الإسكان الاجتماعي ودعم التمويل العقاري 15 ألف وحدة سكنية بنظام الإيجار، ضمن إعلان يتضمن إجمالي.
