شكوى جنائية بكينيا ضد (10) من عناصر الدعم السريع لارتكابهم انتهاكات بالخرطوم

نيروبي 9 يونيو 2026 – تقدمت منظمتان حقوقيتان بشكوى جنائية إلى مدير النيابات العامة الكيني نيابة عن 12 سودانياً، اتهموا عناصر من الدعم السريع بارتكاب جرائم حرب وجرائم ضد الإنسانية في الخرطوم ومحيطها منذ اندلاع الحرب في السودان. وتعد هذه الخطوة أول تحرك قانوني من نوعه في كينيا يستند إلى مبدأ الاختصاص القضائي العالمي، في وقت تتزايد فيه الدعوات لمحاسبة المسؤولين عن الانتهاكات المرتكبة خلال النزاع المستمر بين الجيش السوداني والدعم السريع منذ أبريل 2023. وقالت منظمة العمل القانوني العالمي (LAW) والمركز الأفريقي لدراسات العدالة والسلام (ACJPS)، في بيان مشترك، الثلاثاء، إن الشكوى قُدمت عبر مكتب “أوتينو أوغولا وشركاه للمحاماة” إلى مدير النيابات العامة في نيروبي نيابة عن 12 من الضحايا السودانيين. وأضاف البيان أن الشكوى تتعلق بجرائم يُزعم ارتكابها بين أبريل 2023 ومارس 2025، وتشمل الاحتجاز غير القانوني، والتعذيب، والاغتصاب، وأشكالاً أخرى من العنف الجنسي، إلى جانب القتل والانتهاكات الجسيمة الأخرى بحق المدنيين. وأفادت المنظمتان بأن عدداً من الضحايا تعرضوا للاحتجاز في مواقع شملت سجن سوبا، ومجمع الرياض، ومراكز احتجاز غير رسمية في الخرطوم، فيما قال آخرون إنهم شهدوا مقتل أفراد من أسرهم أثناء فترة الاحتجاز. وقال المدير التنفيذي للمركز الأفريقي لدراسات العدالة والسلام، مساعد محمد علي، إن الشكوى تمثل خطوة مهمة للضحايا والناجين الساعين إلى العدالة، مؤكداً أن …
