“شمس” تقلص خسائرها الفصلية بنسبة 46.7%

قلصت شركة المشروعات السياحية “شمس” صافي خسارتها بنسبة 46.7% خلال الربع الثاني من عام 2026، لتبلغ 0.5 مليون دولار (2 مليون ريال)، مقارنة بخسارة قدرها 1 مليون دولار (3.8 مليون ريال) في الربع المماثل من العام السابق.

وعلى أساس ربعي، انخفض صافي خسائر الشركة في الربع الثاني بنسبة 55.7% مقارنة بخسارة بلغت 1.2 مليون دولار (4.5 مليون ريال) في الربع الأول من عام 2026.

وقالت الشركة في بيان على “تداول السعودية” اليوم الاثنين إن إيراداتها تراجعت بنسبة 28.7% خلال الربع الثاني من العام الحالي إلى 0.66 مليون دولار (2.47 مليون ريال)، مقارنة بـ 0.93 مليون دولار (3.47 مليون ريال) في الربع المماثل من العام الماضي، نتيجة انخفاض نسب الإشغال والفعاليات في منتجع شاطئ النخيل.

وعزت انخفاض صافي الخسارة على أساس سنوي إلى الارتفاع في القيمة العادلة للأصول المالية، بالإضافة إلى توزيعات محفظة الأصول المالية.

نتائج النصف الأول

وخلال النصف الأول من عام 2026، تراجعت إيرادات “شمس” بنسبة 17% إلى 1.1 مليون دولار (4.1 مليون ريال)، مقارنة بـ 1.3 مليون دولار (4.9 مليون ريال) في الفترة المماثلة من العام السابق.

وبلغ صافي خسارة الشركة خلال النصف الأول من العام الحالي 1.7 مليون دولار (6.5 مليون ريال)، مقابل خسارة قدرها 0.8 مليون دولار (3.0 مليون ريال) في الفترة المماثلة من العام السابق، بارتفاع نسبته 114.9%.

وأشارت إلى أن ارتفاع صافي الخسارة خلال النصف الأول يرجع بشكل رئيسي إلى الخسائر المحققة من بيع محفظة الأصول المالية، إلى جانب انخفاض عائد ودائع المرابحة وارتفاع مخصص الزكاة، فيما تراجعت الإيرادات نتيجة انخفاض نسب الإشغال والفعاليات في منتجع شاطئ النخيل.
