  • أكد المستشار محمد شيرين فهمي أن التحقيقات أثبتت أن الرصاصة التي أصابت الصحفية ميادة أشرف أطلقت من جانب المتجمهرين.
  • بدأت الواقعة بتجمهر متفق عليه في منطقة عين شمس عقب صلاة الجمعة حيث أطلقت أعيرة نارية باتجاه قوات الشرطة.
  • أوضح المستشار أن المحكمة فحصت مقاطع الفيديو وحققت في التفاصيل قبل إصدار حكمها بإدانة المتهمين.

أكد المستشار محمد شيرين فهمي، رئيس محكمة جنايات القاهرة بدائرة الإرهاب الأسبق، أن قضية مقتل الصحفية ميادة أشرف، تضمنت أحداثًا مهمة، مشيرًا إلى أنه لا يتبنى موقفًا ضد أي جماعة أو طرف، وإنما يستند في أحكامه إلى ما تتضمنه أوراق القضية والأدلة المعروضة أمام المحكمة. وأشار شيرين فهمي، خلال الجزء الثالث من لقائه مع الإعلامي.
