شيرين فهمي يكشف أسرار قضية استقطاب مصريين لصالح جهات إيرانية.. «التخابر تسمية في غير موضعها»

أوضح المستشار محمد شيرين فهمي أن وصف التخابر في قضية استقطاب مصري لصالح جهات إيرانية كان تسمية في غير موضعها.
استقطب أشخاص يحملون الجنسية الإيرانية مواطناً مصرياً لمساعدتهم في نشر مذهب ديني داخل مصر عبر استغلال حاجته للمال.
قام المتهم باستدراج أشخاص آخرين لرحلات وهمية إلى إيران وتوزيع مبالغ مالية عليهم دون علمهم بالهدف الحقيقي.
أدانت المحكمة المتهم والمتورطين معه بعد ثبوت وجود تحويلات مالية وأصول عقارية تم الحصول عليها من الأموال التي تقاضاها.

استعرض المستشار محمد شيرين فهمي، تفاصيل قضية أحد المصريين المتهمين بالتخابر مع إيران لصالح جهات أخرى، موضحًا أن وصف «التخابر» كان تسمية في غير موضعها. وأشار «فهمي»، خلال الجزء الثالث من لقائه مع الإعلامي مصطفى بكري في بودكاست «شهادة للتاريخ»، المذاع عبر قناة «صدى البلد»، إلى أن عددًا من الأشخاص الحاملين للجنسية الإيرانية استقطبوا مواطنًا.
