كشف المستشار محمد شيرين فهمي كواليس قضية كرداسة التي شهدت إعادة نظر بعد نقض الحكم الصادر فيها.
أظهرت التحقيقات وقوع هجوم على قسم شرطة كرداسة واقتحامه من قبل الأهالي بعد فض اعتصام النهضة.
أقدم المتهمون على احتجاز الضباط وتعذيبهم وسحلهم في الشوارع وإطلاق النار عليهم.
وثقت مقاطع فيديو ضبطت من هواتف المتهمين اعتداءاتهم على نائب مأمور القسم وسرقة ساعته.

كشف المستشار محمد شيرين فهمي، رئيس محكمة جنايات القاهرة بدائرة الإرهاب الأسبق، كواليس قضية كرداسة، التي حظيت باهتمام واسع من الرأي العام عقب أحداث رابعة، لافتا إلى أنها قد شهدت إعادة نظر أمام المحكمة بعد نقض الحكم الصادر فيها من دائرة أخرى، موضحا أنه تولى إعادة التحقيق في القضية من بدايتها. وأوضح فهمي، في الجزء.
