شيرين فهمي يكشف في بودكاست «شهادة للتاريخ» كواليس أحكام قضايا التخابر واقتحام الحدود المتهم فيها مرسي والإخوان

أكد المستشار محمد شيرين فهمي أن المحكمة لم تستند في قضايا التخابر واقتحام الحدود إلى التسجيلات المتداولة وحدها.
استندت المحكمة في أحكامها ضد مرسي وقيادات الإخوان إلى اعترافات ولقاءات مرصودة وتحريات وردت في حيثيات الحكم.
تضمنت حيثيات القضية نحو 1700 صفحة توضح تفاصيل أسباب الحكم التي خضعت للمراجعة القضائية.
شدد المستشار على أن القاضي يلتزم بالأدلة المتاحة في الأوراق ويتحرر من الضغوط الإعلامية أو السياسية المحيطة.

أكد المستشار محمد شيرين فهمي، رئيس محكمة جنايات القاهرة، أن المحكمة لم تستند في قضايا التخابر مع حركة حماس واقتحام الحدود الشرقية لمصر، المتهم فيها محمد مرسي وقيادات الإخوان، إلى التسجيلات المتداولة وحدها، مشيرا إلى أن بعضها لم تطمئن إليه المحكمة، بينما استندت إلى أدلة وأسباب أخرى وردت تفصيلًا في حيثيات الحكم. وأضاف فهمي، خلال.
