صندوق الإسكان: إعلان 20 ألف وحدة بالشراكة مع القطاع الخاص قبل نهاية 2026

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

  • يطرح صندوق الإسكان 20 ألف وحدة سكنية بالشراكة مع القطاع الخاص للمواطنين قبل نهاية عام 2026.
  • توزع الوحدات على 17 قطعة أرض في 8 مدن جديدة تم اختيار العروض المقدمة عليها.
  • تستند معايير استحقاق الوحدات إلى نتائج بحث الدخل والإنفاق لضمان شمول كافة الفئات المستحقة.
  • ساهمت مبادرة التمويل العقاري في خفض أسعار الوحدات وزيادة عدد جهات التمويل المشاركة إلى 31 جهة.

حمدي أحمد_ كشفت مي عبد الحميد، الرئيس التنفيذي لصندوق الإسكان الاجتماعي ودعم التمويل العقاري، أنه سيتم طرح الإعلان الخاص بالوحدات السكنية المقرر بناؤها بالشراكة مع القطاع الخاص، والبالغ عددها 20 ألف وحدة، للمواطنين قبل نهاية العام الجاري.
