ضبط صاحب شبكة بث تلفزيوني لاسلكية بدون ترخيص في المنوفية

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

  • ضبطت الإدارة العامة لمباحث المصنفات شخصا بالمنوفية لإدارته شبكة بث تلفزيوني لاسلكية بدون ترخيص تحت مسمى (FOX).
  • قام المتهم باستقبال قنوات فضائية مشفرة وغير مشفرة وإعادة بثها بشفرة خاصة لاسلكيا بالمخالفة للقانون.
  • ضبطت الأجهزة والمعدات المستخدمة في معالجة الإشارة وبثها و7 محطات لتقوية الإشارة وهاتف محمول يثبت نشاطه.
  • اعترف المتهم بممارسة نشاطه الإجرامي لتحقيق أرباح مادية غير مشروعة وتولت النيابة العامة التحقيق.

تمكّنت الإدارة العامة لمباحث المصنفات وحماية حقوق الملكية الفكرية بقطاع الشرطة المتخصصة من ضبط أحد الأشخاص (مقيم بدائرة مركز شرطة أشمون بمحافظة المنوفية)، لإدارته شبكة بث تلفزيوني لاسلكية
