ضبط 1.5 طن مخللات فاسد داخل مصنع غير مرخص بالقناطر الخيرية

  • ضبطت مديرية الشؤون الصحية بالقليوبية 1.5 طن من المخللات الفاسدة وغير المطابقة للمواصفات داخل مصنع غير مرخص بالقناطر الخيرية.
  • أظهرت التفتيشات وجود تغيرات ظاهرية على المخللات المجهولة المصدر وتداولها بطرق غير صحية قبل طرحها في الأسواق.
  • أسفرت الحملة عن تحرير محاضر للعاملين لعدم حيازتهم شهادات صحية، مع التوصية بغلق المصنع وإحالته للنيابة العامة.
  • تم سحب عينات من المضبوطات لإرسالها إلى المعامل المركزية ببنها لفحص مدى صلاحيتها للاستهلاك الآدمي.
