ضبط 3.5 طن من مصنعات الدواجن واللحوم غير الصالحة للاستهلاك الآدمي بالقليوبية

  • ضبطت مديرية الطب البيطري بالقليوبية 3.5 طن من مصنعات الدواجن واللحوم غير الصالحة للاستهلاك الآدمي.
  • شملت المضبوطات دهون وعجينة كفتة مجهولة المصدر ولحوم مذبوحة خارج المجازر.
  • أدت الحملات الرقابية إلى ضبط مصنع يغلف منتجات الدواجن في أكياس مجهولة المصدر وبدون بيانات.
  • تم اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية وتحرير المحاضر اللازمة وإحالة الوقائع إلى النيابة العامة.

شنت مديرية الطب البيطري بمحافظة القليوبية، حملات رقابية مكثفة على مدار اليوم، أسفرت عن ضبط 3 أطنان ونصف من مصنعات الدواجن غير الصالحة للاستهلاك الآدمي، ولحوم مذبوحة خارج المجازر، ودهون وعجينة كفتة مجهولة المصدر، وذلك في إطار جهود الحفاظ على صحة وسلامة المواطنين وضمان جودة وسلامة الغذاء المتداول بالأسواق. جاءت الحملات بناءً على توجيهات الدكتور.
