تمثل الضربات الروسية المكثفة على منشآت الطاقة الأوكرانية تصعيداً متعمداً ونهجاً استراتيجياً لفرض شروط سلام واقعية.
تهدف هذه الضربات إلى كسر الروح المعنوية للأوكرانيين ودفع القيادة في كييف للجلوس إلى طاولة الحوار بموقف أضعف.
تأتي هذه العمليات تزامناً مع اقتراب فصل الشتاء كرد على المحاولات الأوكرانية الأخيرة لاستهداف العمق الروسي.
