يسعى طارق السيد، المرشح لرئاسة النادي الأولمبي، لإعادة الفريق الأول إلى الدوري الممتاز عبر تأسيس شركة مساهمة لإدارة نشاط كرة القدم.
تتضمن خطته الاستثمارية منح شركة كرة القدم حق استغلال أصول النادي لمدة 25 عاما لجذب المستثمرين وتوفير موارد مالية.
