“طاقات” تنهي العلاقة التعاقدية مع الرئيس التنفيذي وتعين عبدالعزيز السديس خلفاً له

وافق مجلس إدارة شركة الطاقات المعدنية للتجارة “طاقات” بتاريخ 2 سبتمبر 2026 على إنهاء العلاقة التعاقدية بالتراضي مع الرئيس التنفيذي للشركة علي بن محمد الحضيف، مع استمراره عضواً منتدباً للشركة اعتباراً من التاريخ نفسه.

وأفادت الشركة في بيان على “تداول السعودية” اليوم الخميس أن مجلس الإدارة قرر تعيين المهندس عبدالعزيز بن عبدالكريم السديس رئيساً تنفيذياً للشركة، على أن يباشر مهامه اعتباراً من 2 سبتمبر 2026.

وذكرت أن السديس يحمل درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الصناعية من جامعة الملك سعود، إلى جانب عدد من الشهادات المهنية المعتمدة، من أبرزها شهادة الحزام الأسود في لين 6 سيجما (LSSBB) وشهادة محترف الحوكمة والمخاطر والالتزام (GRCP).

ويمتلك الرئيس التنفيذي الجديد خبرة تمتد إلى 18 عاماً، شغل خلالها عدداً من المناصب القيادية والإشرافية في إحدى الجهات الحكومية.
