طاهية أمريكية تكشف وصفتها المفضّلة لتناول وجبة عشاء بمفردها

(CNN) — تُعد الطاهية الأمريكية هيلاري ستيرلينغ واحدة من أبرز الطهاة الذين عملوا مع أسماء لامعة في عالم الطهي. وبعد سنوات من السفر عبر مختلف مناطق إيطاليا وتذوق أطباقها التقليدية، أصبحت اليوم تقود مطعم “Ci Siamo” الشهير في مدينة نيويورك.

ورغم خبرتها الواسعة وتدريبها في مؤسسة Le Cordon Bleu لتعليم الضيافة وفنون الطهي، فإن ستيرلينغ تعترف بأنها أحيانًا، عندما تكون بمفردها في المنزل، تكتفي بتناول خبز “البريتزل” مع الحمص. لكنها في الوقت نفسه تعشق العودة إلى جذورها وتحضير أطباق…
