طرح فرص استثمارية جديدة بالفيوم الجديدة للتخصيص الفوري

أعلن جهاز تنمية مدينة الفيوم الجديدة عن طرح قطع أراض استثمارية بمساحات أقل من 5 أفدنة عن طريق التخصيص الفوري.
تتنوع الأنشطة في الأراضي المطروحة لتعزيز جودة الحياة وتوفير الخدمات الحيوية وفرص العمل داخل المدينة.
تستمر هيئة المجتمعات العمرانية بطرح أراض استثمارية للاستثمار الأجنبي عبر بوابة الاستثمار الأجنبي بمدينة حدائق العاشر.
استحدثت وزارة الإسكان آلية التخصيص بأسبقية الحجز عبر البوابة الإلكترونية للشركات المصرية والأجنبية المؤهلة مقابل السداد بالدولار الأمريكي.

أعلن المهندس علي سعد رئيس جهاز تنمية مدينة الفيوم الجديدة ، عن طرح قطع أراض استثمارية بمساحات أقل من 5 أفدنة عن طريق التخصيص الفوري. وأكد رئيس الجهاز أن الطرح الجديد يأتي في إطار خطة الدولة لدعم التنمية العمرانية وتوفير خدمات متكاملة تلبي احتياجات المواطنين، مشيرًا إلى أن الفرص المطروحة متنوعة الأنشطة،
