طلب إحاطة لتحريك ملف الأحوزة العمرانية.. خريطة رقمية وجدول زمني وتراخيص أكثر سهولة

تقدم النائب أحمد فؤاد أباظة بطلب إحاطة لتحديث الأحوزة العمرانية بالقرى والمدن وإزالة معوقات تراخيص البناء.
طالب النائب بوضع خطة تنفيذية وجدول زمني ملزم وتوفير خريطة رقمية موحدة لتحديد المناطق المتضررة.
دعا النائب لإنشاء منظومة إلكترونية لتسهيل إجراءات التراخيص وتقليل البيروقراطية وتعزيز الشفافية.
يهدف تحديث الأحوزة إلى دعم الاستثمار العقاري وتنشيط الاقتصاد المحلي مع حماية الأراضي الزراعية من التوسع العشوائي.
