طلب التصالح فى مخالفات البناء.. كيف تتعامل مع نواقص الملف قبل انتهاء المهلة؟

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

  • وافق مجلس الوزراء على مد فترة تقديم طلبات التصالح في مخالفات البناء لمدة 6 أشهر إضافية تبدأ من 5 نوفمبر 2026.
  • يتعين على أصحاب العقارات مراجعة الجهات الإدارية المختصة لمعرفة المستندات الناقصة وتوفيرها قبل انتهاء المهلة.
  • لا يعني استكمال المستندات قبول طلب التصالح تلقائياً بل تخضع الملفات للفحص والمراجعة وفقاً للقواعد المنظمة.
  • ينصح المواطنون بمراجعة ملفاتهم مبكراً والتأكد من استيفاء المتطلبات القانونية والرسومات الهندسية المطلوبة لضمان إتمام الإجراءات.

يبحث أصحاب العقارات المخالفة عن الإجراءات التي تساعدهم على استكمال طلبات مخالفات البناء وتجنب تعطل الملفات بسبب نقص المستندات أو عدم استيفاء بعض المتطلبات.
