طوق نجاة أم شراكة براغماتية؟ رسائل قمة دمشق بين الشرع والزيدي

شكلت الزيارة الرسمية الأولى لرئيس الوزراء العراقي إلى دمشق محطة فارقة لتأسيس شراكة استراتيجية بين البلدين.
تسعى بغداد ودمشق لتجاوز رواسب الماضي وتفعيل التعاون في مجالات الطاقة، والأمن، والتبادل التجاري، وتأمين الحدود المشتركة.
تتضمن مطالب العراق الأساسية ضمان تدفق الحصص المائية، وإحياء مشروع أنبوب النفط، وتفعيل التعاون القضائي لمكافحة الإرهاب.
يواجه هذا الانفتاح تحديات داخلية تتعلق برفض بعض الفصائل المسلحة، مما يدفع الطرفين للتركيز على القنوات الحكومية الرسمية.

تدشن أول زيارة لرئيس الوزراء العراقي علي الزيدي إلى دمشق – وفق محللين – مرحلة لطي فتور الماضي وبناء أرضية تفاهم جديدة مع الرئيس السوري أحمد الشرع، في ظل توقيت إقليمي دقيق.
