عبر تمويل مشاريع زراعية: مراهنة موريتانية واسبانية على تثبيت الشباب والحد من هجرتهم نحو أوروبا

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

تستهدف الشراكة بين موريتانيا وإسبانيا والبنك الدولي دعم الأنشطة الزراعية والاقتصادية لضفة نهر السنغال.
تهدف التمويلات إلى توفير فرص عمل للشباب وتحسين سبل العيش للحد من الهجرة غير النظامية نحو أوروبا.
تتضمن الميزانية الإسبانية قرضاً بقيمة 50 مليون يورو، بالإضافة إلى تمويل من البنك الدولي لتعزيز البنية التحتية.
يسعى المشروع لتوسيع نطاقه ليشمل 34 بلدية وتوفير خدمات أساسية لمواجهة التغيرات المناخية وتحسين دخل السكان.

نواكشوط ـ «القدس العربي»: أن يجد الشاب على ضفة نهر السنغال عملاً يغنيه عن البحث عن مستقبل على الضفة الأوروبية؛ ذلك أحد أبرز الرهانات التي تحملها التمويلات الاسبانية والدولية الموجهة إلى تنمية الجنوب الموريتاني. ففي منطقة تجاور فيها الأراضي الزراعية الخصبة قرى محدودة الخدمات والفرص، تتجه الشراكة بين نواكشوط ومدريد والبنك الدولي إلى دعم سبل […]
