يتطلب التحول نحو التصنيع المحلي وقتاً كافياً وتدريباً وتسهيلات حكومية لدعم المستثمرين.
تعيق الاضطرابات الإقليمية نقل التكنولوجيا وتؤثر سلباً على حركة الشحن والنقل.
تتطلب دراسة تكاليف الإنتاج المحلي لتعزيز تنافسية الصناعة المصرية وتشجيع المستوردين على التحول للتصنيع.
