عطل يضرب موقع “فيسبوك” في عدد من الدول

شكا عدد من المستخدمين من توقف موقع التواصل الاجتماعي “فيسبوك” عن العمل بشكل مفاجئ، وتظهر على الشاشة رسالة للمستخدمين تقول: “الحساب غير متاح مؤقتًا”.

وتقول الرسالة التي ظهرت لعدد من المستخدمين عند فتح “فيسبوك” عبر متصفح الويب على أجهزة الكمبيوتر: “حسابك غير متاح حاليًا بسبب مشكلة في الموقع. نتوقع حل هذه المشكلة قريبًا. يُرجى المحاولة مرة أخرى بعد بضع دقائق”.

ويعمل “فيسبوك” من خلال نسخة تطبيق الهواتف الذكية بشكل طبيعي دون أي مشاكل.

ويشير موقع “downdetector” المتخصص في تتبع أعطال المواقع والتطبيقات الإلكترونية، إلى تلقيه شكاوى كبيرة من تعطل “فيسبوك” و”إنستغرام” و”ماسنجر”.

وبلغت ذروة الشكاوى حول توقف “فيسبوك” عن العمل في الساعة الحادية عشرة صباحاً.

وبلغت نسبة الشكاوى من توقف موقع “فيسبوك” عن العمل 53% من إجمالي الشكاوى التي حصرها “downdetector” و 21% من الشكاوى تخص الدخول للحساب و 16% تتعلق بالاتصال بالخادم.
