“علي بابا” تبيع Lingxi Games مقابل 1.5 مليار دولار للتركيز على الذكاء الاصطناعي

تعتزم مجموعة “علي بابا” بيع ذراعها المتخصص في الألعاب Lingxi Games إلى شركة Trustar Capital للاستثمار، في صفقة تبلغ قيمتها
1.5 مليار دولار.

وتأتي تلك الخطوة ضمن استراتيجية “علي بابا” التي تشمل التخارج من الأصول غير الأساسية، لتوجيه المزيد من رأس المال والموارد نحو الذكاء الاصطناعي والحوسبة السحابية، حيث تهدف الشركة إلى الوصول إلى 100 مليار دولار من إيرادات الذكاء الاصطناعي خلال 5 سنوات.

وتُعد لعبة Three Kingdoms: Strategy Edition اللعبة الرئيسية والأعلى تحقيقًا للإيرادات لدى “Lingxi”.

وهي لعبة استراتيجية جماعية ضخمة متعددة اللاعبين، طُوّرت بالتعاون مع شركة الألعاب اليابانية Koei Tecmo Holdings Co.
