“علي بابا” تقاضي إدارة ترامب بعد إدراجها على القائمة السوداء العسكرية الأميركية

رفعت شركة “علي بابا” الصينية دعوى قضائية ضد إدارة الرئيس الأميركي دونالد ترامب، اعتراضاً على تصنيفها ضمن قائمة الشركات المرتبطة بالجيش الصيني.

وكانت وزارة الدفاع الأميركية (البنتاغون) قد أدرجت “علي بابا” إلى جانب “بايدو” على القائمة السوداء، بدعوى مساهمتهما في دعم الصناعات الدفاعية الصينية.

وأكدت علي بابا في الدعوى أن الشركة تُدار من خلال مجلس إدارة مستقل، مشددة على أن قرار التصنيف الأميركي لا يستند إلى حقائق أو أسس قانونية، معتبرة أن الخطوة تنتهك حقوقها الدستورية المتعلقة بالإجراءات القانونية الواجبة وحرية التعبير.

وأشارت علي بابا إلى أنها تواصلت مع وزارة الدفاع الأميركية منذ عدة أشهر وقدمت وثائق تفصيلية تثبت أنها لا ترتبط بالجيش الصيني، لكنها لم تتلق أي رد رسمي من الوزارة.
