وفرت صفقة رأس الحكمة متنفسًا دولاريًا استثنائيًا بقيمة 35 مليار دولار لمواجهة التحديات الاقتصادية.
أكد الخبير الاقتصادي محمد فؤاد أن الصفقة منحت الحكومة وقتًا كافيًا لتنفيذ إصلاحات هيكلية وتقليل أثر الصدمات الخارجية.
شدد فؤاد على ضرورة وجود برنامج اقتصادي يدعم الإنتاج والصادرات لتوفير موارد مستدامة من النقد الأجنبي.
استبعد الخبير الاقتصادي عودة سعر الدولار إلى مستويات الأربعينيات في المستقبل القريب.
