عمومية “إعمار المدينة الاقتصادية” توافق على قرض بمليار ريال قابل للتحويل

صادقت الجمعية العامة العادية لشركة إعمار المدينة الاقتصادية في اجتماعها بتاريخ 22 يونيو الحالي على المعاملات والعقود المبرمة مع صندوق الاستثمارات العامة لعام 2025م بشأن اتفاقية تعديل وإعادة صياغة لاتفاقية قرض المساهم القائمة، وذلك لإضافة قرض قابل للتحويل بقيمة مليار ريال بحيث يكون للصندوق الحق في تحويل مبلغ الدين إلى أسهم في الشركة.

وذكرت الشركة في بيان على “تداول السعودية” اليوم الثلاثاء أن المساهمين وافقوا على إبراء ذمة أعضاء مجلس الإدارة عن العام المالي المنتهي في 31 ديسمبر 2025م.

كما تم انتخاب أعضاء مجلس الإدارة من بين المرشحين للدورة القادمة التي تبدأ بتاريخ 26 يونيو الحالي ولمدة 4 سنوات، وتنتهي بتاريخ 25 يونيو 2030.

وضمت قائمة الأعضاء المنتخبين كلا من مهند قصي العزاوي، ونايف صالح الحمدان، ومحمد نبيل حقني، وفهد خالد السعود، وخالد منصور السلمان، وفهد صالح الهذلول، وعبدالرحيم عبدالله التويجري، ومصطفى أكرم أبوقبع، وباوان دهانراج شينداليا.
