عمومية “بن داود” توافق على شراء مليون سهم من أسهمها

وافقت الجمعية العامة غير العادية لشركة بن داود القابضة في اجتماعها بتاريخ 17 يونيو الحالي على شراء ما يصل إلى مليون سهم من أسهم الشركة، بهدف تخصيصها ضمن برنامج أسهم الموظفين، على أن يتم تمويل عملية الشراء من الموارد الذاتية للشركة.

وأوضحت الشركة في بيان على “تداول السعودية” اليوم الخميس أن الجمعية فوضت مجلس الإدارة بإتمام عمليات الشراء خلال مدة لا تتجاوز 18 شهراً من تاريخ موافقة الجمعية، مع الاحتفاظ بالأسهم المشتراة لمدة تصل إلى 10 سنوات كحد أقصى وبعد انقضاء المدة تتبع الشركة الإجراءات والضوابط المنصوص عليها في الأنظمة واللوائح ذات العلاقة.

وبيّنت أن البرنامج يأتي استمراراً للبرنامج الحالي الذي تم اعتماد شروطه ومعاييره من قبل مجلس الإدارة والحصول على موافقة الجمعية العامة غير العادية عليه بتاريخ 31 مارس 2024.

ووافقت الجمعية على تفويض مجلس الإدارة بتوزيع أرباح مرحلية على المساهمين بشكل نصف أو ربع سنوي عن عام 2026.
