عمومية “شور العالمية” تقر توزيع 11.54 مليون ريال عن عام 2025

أقرت الجمعية العامة العادية لشركة شور العالمية للتقنية في اجتماعها بتاريخ 30 يونيو 2026 على توصية مجلس الإدارة بتوزيع أرباح نقدية بمبلغ 11.54 مليون ريال على المساهمين عن عام 2025.

وقالت الشركة في بيان على “تداول السعودية” اليوم الأربعاء، إن نصيب السهم من التوزيعات 1.5 ريال ما يعادل نسبة 15% من القيمة الاسمية على أن تكون الأحقية للمساهمين المالكين للأسهم بنهاية تداول يوم انعقاد الجمعية العامة والمقيدين في سجل المساهمين لدی شرکة مرکز إيداع الأوراق المالية (مرکز الإيداع) في نهاية ثاني یوم تداول يلي تاريخ الاستحقاق.

وأشارت إلى أن توزيع الأرباح سيبدأ اعتباراً من يوم الثلاثاء 21 يوليو 2026.

وكان صافي ربح شركة شور العالمية للتقنية قد انخفض بنسبة 45.35 % إلى 18.25 مليون ريال في عام 2025 مقارنة بـ 33.4 مليون ريال في عام 2024.
