عمومية “طباعة وتغليف” تبحث تخفيض رأس المال إلى 18.39 مليون دولار

دعا مجلس إدارة الشركة السعودية للطباعة والتغليف “طباعة وتغليف” المساهمين إلى اجتماع الجمعية العامة غير العادية المتضمنة التصويت على توصية بتخفيض رأس مال الشركة بنسبة 89.42% والمقرر انعقاده يوم الاثنين 26 أكتوبر 2026.

وقالت الشركة في بيان على “تداول السعودية” اليوم الخميس إن توصية مجلس الإدارة تقترح تخفيضاً من 173.89 مليون دولار (652.07 مليون ريال) إلى 18.39 مليون دولار (68.97 مليون ريال)، وذلك بهدف إعادة هيكلة رأس المال وإطفاء الخسائر المتراكمة.

وسيتم التخفيض من خلال إلغاء 58.31 مليون سهم عادي، لينخفض عدد أسهم الشركة من 65.21 مليون سهم إلى نحو 6.90 مليون سهم.

وبيّنت الشركة أنه في حال الموافقة على تخفيض رأس المال سيصبح نافذاً على مساهمي الشركة المالكين للأسهم يوم انعقاد الجمعية العامة غير العادية المقيدين في سجل مساهمي الشركة لدى شركة مركز إيداع الأوراق المالية (مركز الإيداع) في نهاية ثاني يوم تداول يلي تاريخ انعقاد الجمعية العامة غير العادية التي قُرّر فيها تخفيض رأس المال.

وأشارت إلى عدم وجود تأثير من تخفيض رأس مال الشركة على التزاماتها المالية، أو عملياتها، أو أداء الشركة المالي، أو التشغيلي، أو التنظيمي.
