تنظر محكمة مستأنف الأسرة بقصر النيل غدا جلسة النطق بالحكم في استئناف الفنان بيومي فؤاد على أحكام أجر المسكن والحضانة والنفقات.
أصدرت المحكمة سابقاً أحكاماً بإلزام الفنان بسداد مصروفات دراسة نجله وأجر المسكن والحضانة ونفقة الصغير ومصروفات الفرش والغطاء.
استندت المحكمة في الفصل في الدعاوى إلى تقرير تحريات حول مصادر دخل الفنان وممتلكاته وأوضاعه المالية.
أكدت طليقة الفنان فشل محاولات التسوية الودية بينهما مما دفعها للجوء إلى القضاء للمطالبة بحقوق الطفل القانونية.

تنظر محكمة مستأنف الأسرة بقصر النيل، غدا، جلسة النطق بالحكم في الاستئناف المقدم من الفنان بيومي فؤاد على الحكم الصادر بإلزامه بسداد أجر مسكن وحضانة ونفقات دراسية ونفقة صغير لطليقته. وكانت المحكمة أصدرت في وقت سابق أحكاما بإلزام الفنان بسداد مصروفات دراسة نجله، إلى جانب أجر المسكن وأجر الحضانة ونفقة
