غدًا.. استكمال محاكمة 9 متهمين في قضية «خلية داعش مدينة نصر»

تستكمل الدائرة الثانية إرهاب ببدر غدا الإثنين محاكمة 9 متهمين في قضية خلية داعش مدينة نصر.
أسست المتهمة الأولى خلية إرهابية عام 2013 لتعطيل أحكام الدستور والقوانين والإضرار بالسلام الاجتماعي.
أشار أمر الإحالة إلى قيام المتهمة الأولى بالترويج لارتكاب جرائم إرهابية.
وجهت للمتهمين من الثاني حتى الأخير تهم الانضمام لجماعة إرهابية، بينما وجهت لجميع المتهمين تهم تمويل الإرهاب.

تستكمل الدائرة الثانية إرهاب ببدر، برئاسة المستشار وجدي عبد المنعم، غدا الإثنين، محاكمة 9 متهمين، في القضية رقم 5091 لسنة 2025، جنايات مدينة نصر، والمعروفة إعلاميًا بـ «خلية داعش مدينة نصر». أمر إحالة المتهمين وكشف أمر الإحالة أنه في عام 2013، أسست المتهمة الأولى خلية إرهابية تستخدم القوة والعنف والتهديد والترويع، الغرض منها الإخلال بالنظام.
