غرفة الحبوب تطالب باستبعاد 63 شونة ترابية من موسم القمح المقبل

طالبت غرفة صناعة الحبوب باستبعاد 63 شونة ترابية من خطة توريد القمح لعام 2027.
تفتقر هذه الشون لمتطلبات التخزين السليم وتسبب أضراراً بمعدات المطاحن وتؤثر سلباً على جودة الدقيق.
تتوزع الشون غير المطابقة في 7 محافظات وتستوعب سعة تخزينية تتجاوز 272 ألف طن.
دعت الغرفة إلى قصر عمليات التخزين على الجهات التسويقية المتطورة لضمان سلامة المحصول وتقليل الفاقد.

محمد أحمد _ أكد عبد الغفار السلاموني، نائب رئيس غرفة صناعة الحبوب باتحاد الصناعات المصرية، أهمية الاستعداد المبكر لموسم توريد القمح المحلي لعام 2027، من خلال التنسيق مع وزارة التموين والتجارة الداخلية لمنع تخزين الأقماح في الشون الترابية غير المستوفاة لشروط التخزين السليم، حفاظًا على جودة المحصول والحد من الفاقد وحماية المال العام.
