«فارم تشيز» تستثمر 250 مليون جنيه فى مصنع جديد للموتزاريلا والفلامنك

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

تستثمر شركة فارم تشيز أكثر من 250 مليون جنيه لإنشاء مصنع جديد لإنتاج الموتزاريلا والفلامنك بنهاية عام 2027.
يهدف المصنع الجديد لرفع الطاقة الإنتاجية للموتزاريلا إلى 130 طناً شهرياً وزيادة إنتاج الفلامنك إلى 13 طناً يومياً.
تأثرت أسعار الجبن بنسبة 35% نتيجة ارتفاع أسعار اللبن وتكاليف الأعلاف وزيادة سعر الدولار.
تصدير الشركة لمنتجاتها يمثل 25% من إجمالي إنتاجها، إلا أن عمليات التصدير توقفت حالياً بسبب تعطل سلاسل الإمداد.

تستهدف شركة «فارم تشيز» بدء تشغيل مصنع جديد نهاية عام 2027، بتكلفة استثمارية تتجاوز 250 مليون جنيه، وفقاً لمحمد عيد، مدير مبيعات الشركة. أوضح «عيد» لـ«البورصة»، أن المصنع الجديد سيخصص لإنتاج جبن الموتزاريلا، بما يسهم فى رفع الطاقة الإنتاجية إلى 130 طناً شهرياً، مقابل 80 طناً حالياً، إلى جانب زيادة إنتاج الجبن الفلامنك والجودة من […]
