فتح عيادة في وسط البلد، اليوم استئناف “جراح القلب المزيف” على حكم سجنه 3 سنوات

تنظر محكمة جنايات القاهرة استئناف حكم بالسجن 3 سنوات ضد عاطل انتحل صفة طبيب جراحات قلب.
استخدم المتهم مستندات مزورة ومؤهلات دراسية غير حقيقية لفتح عيادة خاصة بممارسة مهنة الطب دون سند قانوني.
كشفت التحقيقات أن المتهم مفصول من كلية الألسن ولا يمت للقطاع الطبي بصلة ولم يكن مدرجاً بسجلات نقابة الأطباء.
أدانت المحكمة المتهم بتزوير محررات رسمية واستخراج بطاقات رقم قومي بصفات طبية وهمية لترويج نفسه داخل المجال الطبي.

تنظر محكمة جنايات القاهرة ، اليوم الأربعاء، الاستئناف المقدم من عاطل متهم ب انتحال صفة طبيب جراحات قلب شهير بالوايلي في القاهرة، في اتهامه بتزوير محررات رسمية (مؤهله الدراسي و4 بطاقات رقم قومي)، وانتحال صفة رئيس قسم جراحات القلب بجامعة عين شمس على الحكم الصادر ضده بالسجن 3 سنوات. وكانت واقعة القبض
