فرانشيسكا ألبانيزي لـ”القدس العربي”: المحكمة الجنائية الدولية خذلت الشعب الفلسطيني

أكدت المقررة الخاصة للأمم المتحدة أن المحكمة الجنائية الدولية خذلت الشعب الفلسطيني بسبب تأخرها في التحقيق في قتل الصحافيين.
أطلقت ألبانيزي مصطلح إبادة الإعلام لوصف التدمير المنهجي للبنية الإعلامية في الأرض الفلسطينية المحتلة وتطبيع الانتهاكات.
وثق التقرير مقتل قرابة 300 صحافي وعامل إعلام في غزة وتدمير 150 مقراً إعلامياً مما يعادل 80 في المئة من البنية التحتية.
انتقدت ألبانيزي غياب المساءلة القانونية عن جرائم قتل الصحافيين ورفضت منع الإعلام الأجنبي من دخول قطاع غزة.

الأمم المتحدة- “القدس العربي”: قالت المقررة الخاصة للأمم المتحدة المعنية بحالة حقوق الإنسان في الأرض الفلسطينية المحتلة، فرانشيسكا ألبانيزي، ردا على سؤال “القدس العربي” إن المحكمة الجنائية الدولية “خذلت الشعب الفلسطيني”، معتبرة أنها تأخرت في التحقيق في قتل الصحافيين واستهداف المؤسسات الإعلامية، رغم إحالة قضايا إليها قبل السابع من تشرين الأول/ أكتوبر 2023. وجاءت تصريحات […]
