فرنسا: العفو الدولية تحذر من مشروع قانون قد يحمّل المتظاهرين كلفة أعمال تخريب لم يرتكبوها

طالبت منظمة العفو الدولية الحكومة الفرنسية بالتخلي عن مشروع قانون المخرّب يدفع لضمان الحق في التظاهر.
يهدد المشروع المتظاهرين بتحميلهم مسؤولية مدنية عن أعمال تخريب ارتكبها آخرون ضمن مجموعتهم.
يحدد مشروع القانون سقف تعويض مالي يبلغ 10 آلاف يورو للفرد في حال إدانته.
يبدأ مجلس الشيوخ مناقشة القانون وسط انقسام بين اليمين الذي يدعمه واليسار الذي يعارضه.

طالبت منظمة العفو الدولية الإثنين الحكومة الفرنسية بالتخلي عن مشروع قانون “المخرّب يدفع”، محذرة من تهديده الحق في التظاهر واحتمال تعارضه مع القانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان. ويتيح المشروع، بشروط محددة، تحميل أشخاص مسؤولية مدنية عن أعمال تخريب ارتكبها آخرون ضمن المجموعة نفسها، مع سقف تعويض يبلغ 10 آلاف يورو للفرد. ويبدأ مجلس الشيوخ مناقشته الثلاثاء وسط انقسام بين اليمين واليسار.
