“فيتش” تؤكد تصنيف “التعاونية للتأمين” عند “A” وتعدل نظرتها المستقبلية إلى “مستقرة”

“فيتش” تؤكد تصنيف “التعاونية للتأمين” عند “A” وتعدل نظرتها المستقبلية إلى “مستقرة”

تسلمت شركة التعاونية للتأمين تقرير وكالة فيتش للتصنيف الائتماني والذي يتضمن تعديل النظرة المستقبلية للشركة من إيجابية إلى مستقرة، مع تأكيد التصنيف عند “A”.

وذكرت الشركة في بيان على “تداول السعودية” اليوم الأربعاء أن تأكيد التصنيف الائتماني من “فيتش” يستند إلى المكانة التي تتمتع بها شركة التعاونية في سوق التأمين السعودي، إلى جانب أدائها المالي القوي، وقوة مستويات الرسملة والرافعة المالية.

وأكدت شركة التعاونية التزامها بالحفاظ على مركزها المالي القوي، ومواصلة تنفيذ استراتيجيتها لتحقيق النمو المستدام وتعزيز القيمة للمساهمين.

وسبق أن أعلنت “التعاونية للتأمين” عن ارتفاع صافي أرباحها بنسبة 10.08% في الربع الأول من العام الحالي لتبلغ 288.08 مليون ريال مقارنة بـ 261.7 مليون ريال في الربع الموازي من عام 2025.
